Refund Policy – Delta Kilo Engraving LLC

Custom & Permanent Work
All products are custom engraved to order. Because engraving is a permanent process, all sales are final once engraving has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if engraving has not started.

After engraving begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Mockup Approval

Customers must approve a design mockup (when applicable) before production.

Once approved, Delta Kilo Engraving is not responsible for typos, spelling errors, or design choices supplied by the customer.

Customer-Supplied Items

Engraving on customer-provided goods is done at the customer’s own risk.

No refunds or replacements are offered if damage, cosmetic changes, or unexpected material reactions occur.

Errors by Delta Kilo

If a proven mistake is made on our part (wrong design, wrong item, incorrect font/text), Delta Kilo Engraving will remake or refund at our discretion.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For local pickup orders, once the item leaves our shop, it is considered accepted.
