1. Overview
By placing an order with Delta Kilo Engraving LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, social media, or direct order form.

2. Products & Services
We provide custom laser engraving on hats, tumblers, journals, metal business cards, and other goods. Every product is engraved to order, and variations in material, finish, or customer-supplied items may affect the final result.  We also offer custom 3D Printing services.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due in full before engraving begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App (manual), and cash for local pickup.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • Local pickup is available in Floral City, FL. Shipping options are offered at checkout; shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Mockup Approval & Errors

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design mockups.

  • Delta Kilo Engraving is not responsible for spelling errors, typos, or design choices once approved.

  • If an error is made on our part, we will replace or refund at our discretion.

6. Customer-Supplied Items

  • Engraving on customer-provided items is done entirely at the customer’s risk.

  • We are not responsible for cosmetic changes, surface damage, or material reactions.

7. Intellectual Property
By submitting logos, text, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them. Delta Kilo Engraving is not liable for copyright or trademark disputes.

8. Refunds & Returns
Due to the permanent and custom nature of engraving, all sales are final (see Refund Policy for details).

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
