Processing Time

• Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after design mockup approval (not including weekends or holidays).

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing a rush order.

Local Pickup

• Free local pickup is available in Floral City, Florida.

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

• Delta Kilo Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

• We take care in packaging your items, but once an order leaves our shop, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

International Shipping

• At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International orders may be available on request—please contact us before ordering.
